Open Documents
Click Documents in your menu to see your vault.Find the file

Click the file to open it, then use Download to save a copy.
Who can see my vault?
Only two kinds of people: you, and authorised HR admins in your organisation. Your manager and coworkers cannot see it. Think of it as a locked personal drawer.
Where do generated letters land?
When HR generates a letter for you — a confirmation letter, for example — it drops straight into your vault. You will find it under Documents, ready to view or download whenever you need it.
