How do I create my organization's account on ASHR.work?

Register your company on ASHR.work with your work email — you become its first admin. Employees never sign up on their own; they join through admin invites.

Quick answer

Go to the sign-up page, enter your company name, company website, and your work email, and verify the email we send you. Your company's workspace is created with you as admin. Everyone else joins only through invites you send from the Employees page.

Registering your company

  1. Fill in your organization

Company name (for example, "Acme Technologies Pvt Ltd") and company website. We use these to make sure your company is only ever registered once — "acme.com" and "https://www.acme.com" count as the same company.
  2. Add your details

Your name, work email, and a password of at least 8 characters. The first person to register becomes the organization's admin.
  3. Verify your email

Click the link in the verification email. You land straight in your new workspace.

How do my employees get in?

They don't sign up — you invite them. Open Employees → Add Employee, enter their work email and joining date, and they receive a personal invite link. That link is locked to your organization, so they can only ever appear in your employee directory, never anyone else's.

If someone tries to sign up on their own with your company's name or email domain, ASHR.work tells them the organization already exists and to ask you for an invite.

Frequently asked questions

My company is already on ASHR.work — how do I get in?
Ask your HR admin to invite you from the Employees page. For security, you can't sign yourself up into an existing organization.
Why was my sign-up rejected as "already registered"?
We match company names (ignoring suffixes like Pvt Ltd or LLP) and website domains so each company exists exactly once. If yours is taken, request an invite from your admin instead.
Can I use my Gmail address?
Not to create an organization — a work email is required so we can tie your company's domain to your account. Your admin can still invite specific external addresses later if needed.
