Whose team does this show?
It shows only your reporting line. That means the people who report directly to you in the org chart, not the whole company.
For example, if three people report to you, you see three cards. Someone in another team will not appear here.
If you need to look up anyone in the company, use the employee directory instead.
What is on each card?
Each team member has their own card. From it you can see their status at a glance and jump to their profile.

Who can see this page?
Managers see it for their own team. Admins can also open it, since they may need to help or stand in for a manager.
