Quick answer

Recognition collects every kudos your team gives — from the company feed or from Slack — into one dashboard. You'll see recent praise, who's been recognised most this month, how many people took part, and which company values are being celebrated. To give kudos, open Feed and click "Give kudos".

How do I give kudos?

Kudos live in your company Feed. Click Give kudos, choose one or more colleagues, optionally tag a company value, and write a short message. It posts to the feed for everyone to see.

  1. Open Feed

Click "Give kudos" at the top of the feed.
  2. Choose people & a value

Pick who you're recognising and, if you like, the value it reflects.
  3. Send

Your kudos appears in the feed and updates the Recognition dashboard.

What does the Recognition dashboard show?

The Recognition page (in the sidebar under Performance & Growth) shows four simple counters — kudos this month, people recognised, active givers, and all-time kudos — plus a recent recognition feed, the most-recognised people this month, and a by company value breakdown so you can see what your culture celebrates.
