Quick answer
Open the Admin console → Peer Feedback Assignments tab. Pick a reviewer and an appraisee, choose the review period, and optionally note how many months they have worked together and on which projects — then create the assignment. It appears immediately in the assignments table below, and the reviewer picks it up as a peer-feedback request during that cycle.
Where do I find it?
Go to the Admin console and open the Peer Feedback Assignments tab, alongside Organisation, Employees, Role Management and Team Management.
What does the form ask for?
- Reviewer (who gives feedback) — the person writing the peer feedback.
- Appraisee (who receives feedback) — the person being reviewed.
- Review period — which appraisal cycle this assignment belongs to.
- Months worked together — optional context for the reviewer.
- Projects worked together — optional free text, e.g. "Project A, B".
Click Create Assignment to save it.
What stops a bad assignment?
- Reviewer and appraisee cannot be the same person. The form blocks it before it reaches the server.
- Both people must be an appraisal-eligible workforce type. If either one's workforce type is excluded from appraisals (set in workforce type configuration), the assignment is refused with a message naming which person and why.
- No duplicates. The same reviewer cannot be assigned to the same appraisee twice in one review period — a repeat attempt is rejected rather than creating a second row.
What does the assignments table show?
Current Assignments lists every peer-feedback pairing for the current review periods: reviewer, appraisee, review period, months worked, and status. Delete a row here to withdraw an assignment.
Who can see this?
Only admins. Employees never see this tab — they only see the peer-feedback requests they personally receive, described in How does 360 peer feedback work?
Frequently asked questions
- Can I assign someone to review themselves?
- No. The reviewer and appraisee must be different people — the form rejects a match.
- Why was my assignment rejected?
- Both people must be in an appraisal-eligible workforce type, and a reviewer can only be assigned to a given appraisee once per review period. A repeat submission for the same pair and period is refused as a duplicate.
- Can I remove an assignment?
- Yes. Delete it from the Current Assignments table on the same tab.
